A meal plan is given to follow for 1 month consistently. Based on your personal food preferences and dietary limitations. Client will be guided on how to track food and how to reach their macronutrient parameters. Tips are provided to work with the meal choices and a list of suitable alternatives for meal choices are available. Meal plans are flexible and provide the client with a lot of options. All plans are personalized and will be updated upon purchase of a new monthly plan. Plans are delivered in 3-5 business days after purchase.
